About the event
Welcome to the world of jewellery making! In this engaging and hands-on class, you will be learning how to create your own set of beautiful silver stacking rings. Whether you are an aspiring jewellery designer, a DIY enthusiast, or simply looking to unleash your creativity, this is the perfect beginners class.
You will learn how to find your ring size, how to measure and cut the silver, how to solder, shape and polish your ring. We will experiment with hammers and stamps to create textures and patterns and make your rings unique to you.
You will come away with a set of beautiful rings!
The class lasts for 3 hours and is perfect for a beginner, no experience is neccessary. I'll be on hand to guide you through the process with lots of demos and plenty of time to ask questions. The classes are small groups with all tools provided, you just need to turn up ready to make! Materials are included with enough silver to create 3 rings.Â
There is also a pendant making class in the morning if you'd like to spend a full day making jewellery - I take an hour for lunch inbetween classes, you are welcome to bring a packed lunch and stay in the hall with me or have a wander in to town.
