The Black and Gold studs make a striking pair of earrings. They are made from reticulated silver, a wonderfully textured silver with unique ripply markings. Then using the ancient technique of Keum Boo,  a layer of gold foil is then applied to the silver and the silver itself darkened to create an amazing contrast. 
 
With reticulation, the textures created are unqiue to each peice so you will not receive an exact replica of these studs. The deisgn will be the same  - the shape and the positioning of the gold foil detail.
 
Due to the application of the gold foil and the darkened silver, care is needed when cleaning your jewellery as heavy handed polishing can remove the foil and dark colour. 
 
These earrings will be sent to you in a jewellery box and wrapped in tissue paper, ready to gift.
